We were lucky to meet Sandee 4yrs ago when we moved out here. She helped us find a rental (which is hard to do out here) before it was announced available. She advocated for us with the property management responsible for the rental.

One year later we once again turned to Sandee to help us find a home to purchase. She helped us navigate through a FSBO. Three years later Sandee still checks in and still provides us with updates on the market and the changing value on our home. Some realtors will do that for a couple of months but she's kept up for three years! I have asked her advice on home updates and other decisions and she has not hesitated to give her experienced advice, even after three years.

There are a lot of great things to say about Sandee. She is well known for her sales/purchase guidance including "Women's Council of Realtors Top 25 women in Real Estate as she was inducted into their Hall of Fame".

Other great things you don't hear so much about are equally or even more important than kicking butt in her field. Some of these great unmentioned things like being a great force to improve and help the community.
