Sandee McDuffie LTD, doing business as Sandee Sells Vegas and The McDuffie Group (“we,” “us,” or “our”), is a residential real estate business affiliated with Keller Williams Las Vegas in Las Vegas, Nevada. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to sandeesellsvegas.com, library.sandeesellsvegas.com, and the communications we send.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Contact information you give us: your name, email address, mobile phone number, and mailing address.
Property and search information: the address you ask us to value, the neighborhoods and price range you are considering, your timing, and the interests you select on our forms.
Information you send us: messages, form comments, and replies to our emails or text messages.
Website usage information: pages viewed, referring site, device and browser type, and similar information collected automatically as you use our site.
We do not buy, rent, or import contact lists. Every contact in our records reached us directly.
HOW WE USE INFORMATION
To answer your questions and provide real estate services.
To send you Las Vegas market updates, new listings matching your criteria, event invitations, and follow-up about whether a move is still something you are considering.
To deliver the guides, tools, valuations, and reports you request.
To maintain our records and to meet our legal, contractual, and real estate licensing obligations.
SMS / TEXT MESSAGE COMMUNICATIONS
We send text messages only to people who have given us their mobile number and have separately agreed to receive text messages.
Consent. Consent to receive text messages is collected only through web forms we operate at sandeesellsvegas.com and library.sandeesellsvegas.com, including forms opened by scanning a QR code at an open house or on printed material. Text message consent is a separate checkbox that is not checked by default. It is optional: you can submit any of our forms, receive any of our materials, and work with us without agreeing to receive text messages. We have no text-to-join keyword and we do not add anyone to our text messaging program by any other means.
What we send. Las Vegas market updates, new listings matching your criteria, invitations to client events, follow-up about a possible move, occasional check-in and home anniversary messages, and information about our preferred lender, Keller Home Loans. We are a real estate brokerage, not a lender. We do not originate loans, take loan applications, offer credit, or make credit decisions. Any lender information we send is an introduction to a separate company that makes its own decisions under its own terms.
Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies and is typically a few messages per month or fewer. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
How to stop. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving text messages. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details at the end of this policy. Reply START to resubscribe.
No sharing of mobile information. We do not sell, rent, share, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number, your text messaging consent, or any text messaging opt-in data to third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes. This information is shared only with the service providers that deliver messages on our behalf, and only for that purpose.
HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION
We do not sell personal information. We share it only in these circumstances:
With service providers who operate our systems on our behalf, including our customer relationship management system, email delivery, text message delivery, and website hosting, and only to the extent needed to provide those services.
With Keller Williams Las Vegas, our brokerage, where required for a transaction or by real estate licensing rules.
With other parties to a transaction you are involved in, such as title, escrow, inspection, and lending companies, when you ask us to move forward.
With government or legal authorities where required by law.
All of the categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. That information is not shared with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes.
DATA RETENTION AND SECURITY
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain our client records, and meet legal and licensing obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information against unauthorized access.
YOUR CHOICES
Stop text messages by replying STOP to any message.
Stop marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us using the details below.
NEVADA RESIDENTS
Nevada residents may submit a verified request that we not sell any covered information we have collected about them. We do not sell personal information, but you may submit a request by emailing [email protected] with “Nevada Privacy Request” in the subject line.
CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Our website and services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
